The Company has been instrumental in identifying the part of Central London situated between the City and West End and now known as Midtown.

Midtown is centred around Holborn and takes in parts of Covent Garden, the Strand, Bloomsbury, Kings Cross and Clerkenwell. Historically seen as a rather unappealing low-cost office location, the area is now perceived as an exciting and vibrant area and has attracted a wide range of new occupiers in recent years. These occupiers have come to appreciate the strategic location of the area – close to both the City and West End and with excellent communication links.

Midtown is also now defined by its diversity with its mix of culture, restaurants, shops and parks.

Over the period 2000 – 2004 the Company completed a development programme of mixed-use schemes in the area providing circa 650,000ft² (60,000m²) over 14 schemes. Three of these schemes were centred around Procter Street in the heart of Holborn and completely transformed the appearance of the area.
